The official play was published only in 1623.
In Verona the Montague and Capulet families fight, but their children Romeo and Juliet fall in love and get married secretly. Romeo kills Juliet's brother Tybalt, and he is banished from town. To avoid marrying Paris, Juliet drinks a potion that simulates death, and Romeo thinks she is dead. Romeo drinks poison in her crypt and when Juliet wakes up, she stabs herself with a dagger.
In his tragedy Shakespeare teaches that love is stronger than hate. The most I remember the sad end. This book has taught me that there are no barriers to love.
